Insight/Assets Macro Finder for Confluence - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Insight/Assets Macro Finder ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
2. License
The App is licensed, not sold, to you by Krosoft for use strictly in accordance with these terms. Krosoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes only.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. User Data and Privacy
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from your Confluence instance. It only processes the data necessary to identify and manage deprecated Insight and Assets macros. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable data protection laws.
5. Updates and Changes
Krosoft may provide updates to the App that enhance functionality or fix bugs. These updates are subject to these Terms of Use. Krosoft reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
6. Termination
Krosoft may terminate your use of the App at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krosoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within The Netherlands.
