1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using RSVP for Confluence Cloud (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not install, access, or use the App.
2. License
The App is licensed, not sold, by Krosoft. Subject to these Terms of Use, Krosoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes within your authorized Confluence Cloud site and related Atlassian cloud environment.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:

modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;

use the App in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of Krosoft, Atlassian, or any third party;

use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;

interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent any security, access control, or usage limits of the App or the Atlassian platform;

use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or Atlassian services.
4. User Data and Privacy
The App processes and stores data needed to provide RSVP functionality in Confluence, including for example macro configuration, attendee names, attendee email addresses, comments, RSVP timestamps, page identifiers, and, where applicable, Confluence account identifiers and profile metadata.
The current version of the App runs on Atlassian Forge and stores operational data using Atlassian-hosted app infrastructure. During migration from the legacy version of the App, Krosoft may also process historical RSVP data in order to export, prepare, and import that data into the Forge-based version of the App when requested by or on behalf of the customer.
Krosoft will handle App data only as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and migrate the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable privacy, employment, and data protection laws and your organization's internal policies.
5. Updates and Changes
Krosoft may release updates, patches, enhancements, or compatibility changes for the App from time to time. These updates are governed by these Terms of Use unless Krosoft states otherwise. Krosoft may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature of the App at any time.
6. Termination
Krosoft may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms of Use. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Atlassian environment. Upon termination, the license granted under these Terms of Use ends immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Krosoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if Krosoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Netherlands.

10. Changes to These Terms
Krosoft may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published or otherwise made available by Krosoft, unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the App after updated terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
11. Atlassian Platform Terms
Your use of Confluence Cloud and other Atlassian cloud products remains subject to your agreement with Atlassian. These Terms of Use apply only to the App and do not replace or modify Atlassian's own product terms.
